the next train

I am trying to find a good copy (CD, VINYL, tape or MP3) of an old house track I used to hear back in 1991-92.

The Artiste is: Dynamic Express
The Title is: The Next Train
It was on top secret records 1993 (TSX198)

Paul Taylor (amongst others) used to play it at various North west venues around 1991-92.

A description of the track follows: can you confirm the artist & title if you recognise it.

The track chugs along (like a train), then suddenly stops with the sound of a pea whistle being blown, and a platform announcer says (pinch your nose and say) “The next train will be leaving from platform one” the beat starts again slowly, building up speed like a train leaving the station, till it gets back to its previous speed (about 130BPM).
