The OSA Gold Membership is available to all members. It has been introduced to help raise funds towards the upkeep of the forum

For a small monthly fee in return for doing your bit and helping towards the server costs of the forum, we can offer you lots of extra features that as a standard member you wont get.

The cost of the servers to run OSA are hundreds of pounds a month, we simply wouldnt be able to keep afloat without people donating to the cause.

All money raised from the gold membership scheme goes straight back into OSA, over the past year we have been able to add great additions to the site like the OSA Radio, the soon to be launched flyer gallery and the other projects we currently have underway for the site. This is down to people chipping in and giving us the funds to be able to make the site a huge old skool resource.

Of course we would rather be able to offer you something in return for going gold and so we have built up a list of great features that you immediately receive when you have gone gold, some of these features include:

You get access to another dj mixes section with exclusive cd quality mixes not available anywhere else by some of the biggest dj's around. Mixes by dj's such as dj nipper, vertigo, welly, rick jones, dj absolute, ste huxley, dj rhythm, westy pluto, matt cantor, biskit, butty and cano. 47 exclusive mixes are available to download now!!

You get 500meg of webspace to host your own personal mixes in the public dj mixes section and help in uploading it hosting it etc.

You get a @oldskoolanthemz.com email address and either a pop3 50meg mailbox (for outlook users) or an email forwarder to forward onto a current email address.

You'll get the ability to post vinyl4sale in the vinyl4sale section and have a massive target audience for your old skool sales

You get cheaper entrance to selected club nights by going on the osa guest list and in some cases even get to jump the queue!!

All google adverts on the forum get removed for gold members, making your visit speedier and less clutterd.

You get the option of having your username in gold and 'Contributing Member' as your user title to show you are helping to contribute to the forums upkeep.

You can enter competitions only available to gold members to win some great prizes.

You will also be eligible to recieve freebies from time to time (car stickers and such like)

OSA Gold Membership costs only £2 a month, or if you would prefer to sign up for a year you can do so at the cheaper price of £20.

Signing up is simple, its fully automated, secure and safe. Payments are taken by paypal one of the largest online payment merchants around. You can pay by any credit or debit card including switch/solo/visa electron cards.

If you choose to go with the monthly payment option you will be automatically charged each month until you cancel the subscription. If you choose the yearly payment option you will have to renew it yourself when your year is up. No refunds can be given.

Once your payment has been processed you will be able to access the gold membership sections on the forum home page (please give it up to 10 mins to activate). Please read through the guidelines and stickies in each of the sections and any questions/problems just shout. In the help & info section it will show you how to change your name so it appears in gold.

this section is here to provide you with a means of selling/swapping your unwanted vinyl, for this section to run efficiently then please follow these 11 simple rules:

1) when posting vinyl for sale please start 1 thread, it's up to you to keep this thread updated, and if at any time you would like to remove your post you can delete the whole post.

2) try and list the vinyl so its easy for people to read, and wherever possible try and put the asking price for vinyl, as from past experiences you will probably get more responses by being straight up with people and telling them what you want

3) if your interested in somebody elses vinyl then you can get in contact with them either by private messaging them or email'ing them click on the users profile to do either of them - please note in tihs section you cant reply to threads only start new ones

4) all tunes that are sold must be listed on the post. links to a list of sales on ebay etc are not allowed

5) please dont start a new thread for each vinyl for sale. wherever possible please make one post with many items for sale on it as to be fair on everyone selling there warez.

6) dont bump ya post up every other day so that is up top of the list. there is a limit to one vinyl for sale post per week (7 days) or one bump post per week for each member to give everybody a chance to get there for sales seen

7) sellers please state clearly on your post if the vinyl is not in perfect condition or is a bootleg/white label rather than the originals. buyers remember to ask the seller about condition/state of vinyl to find out if its acceptable for you

8) all vinyl purchases/swaps have nothing to do with this board we are simply a way of putting people in touch with each other just like a classifieds ad paper, we will not be held responsible for any problems that may arise

9) if you buy a tune off somebody and are happy/unhappy with the service then rate the seller/swapper by going into the thread and going to the bottom right of it and choose a rating for them, this will help other people decide if they should do business with them

10) please dont post vinyl4sale for other members of the forum, all vinyl4sale must be your own

11) any problems with sellers email butty, whilst sales are nothing to do with the site we will remove poeples axx that are unfairly selling/trading so that the same thing doestnt happen to other members
