Hi new to the site, here is one from a 92 tape that I would love to ID

From a Tim Lennox mix, Number One Club, probably '92 [can't possibly be after early 93 as club ended, but he did play tunes from all years in a set, in nearly all styles, not just the tunes of the day]. Very little interest in setlisting No.1 tapes, little to no info on the web.

I've followed all my guesswork and found dead ends. Can anyone guess who this even sounds like? I'm drawn to the unusual vocal and synth breaks.

    Cheers and hopeful,

    Blanche
