The Tape is just amazing, Magic Orchestra and Compression are good toons also though. Not heard Butterfly I don't think.

compression is a tune n half, the orig is here.. Kris Kastaar / Frank De Wulf - KK Mix Volume One / Compression (hence the release of the b-sides) . before the remix package came out, compression n magic orchestra were the faves, they used to get hammered, so i can understand his statement.

tape remix is good, but so are most of his other early productions, you couldnt fault FDW in his hey day

the tape remix has been played to death in the north

Always remember reading an article in something like Jockey Slut. How Eastern Bloc records had " broke " that record. Giving 500 copies to the top DJs/Shops in the country. The article was something to do with snobbery/ elitism the shop was renowed for at the time.
