yeah
but fergus henderson cooks bone marrow!!! I guess lamb fat is better than man fat. (had to beat shooms to that one) perhaps he's part french they love all that stuff. I'm all for cooking fatty meat as it has more flavour ie - rib-eye beef but jeez
