can you eat as soon as you get up( if you aint been on the session that is) or do you have to wait till your body has come out of semi retirement and say eat bout 10.30 ish.
Also what do you have, something healthy or a big greasy thing from sausage n fag ash cafe or my fave the "Best Baps Cafe"
I'm really different coz theres no set routine for me, depends how hungry i am when i wake up, at what time i did get out of the pit or if i can be arsed makin sumfin. lol
what's your preference and why?

I rarely eat breakfast (for a big lad I really don't eat much :confused: ) but I do treat myself on Sunday to a late full Engy brunch - food of kings (you can shove the fried eggs up yer arse though...).

In fact I've got Sundays time / motion management down to a teeeeeee:

- Put washing in laundrette
- Have full Engy
- Go back to laundrette & put clothes in drier
- Go for a mini Sunday Waitrose shop
- Go back & collect freshly laundered & dried clothes
- Go back home.
- Watch Top Gear repeats / porn until cock resembles tenderised rump steak & all I get when I come is a a puff of air & a faint smell of salt...

im like herpes....never quite fcuk hoff!!!
i cant do brekky in the morning at all, i cant even stomach a cup of tea or a drink of water till atleast half hour after being up.

i cant be arsed gettin out of bed half hour early to grab summat and im far too busy in work to even get a brew sometimes

i used to love going to my mams on a sunday morning for a full brekky but now it dunt bother me

infact since trying to be all healthy n stuff i cant remember the last time i had a chippy or a kebab let alone a bacon butty???

Alway wait till i get to work b4 having a brew n some breakie ;) luckily we have a canteen here open till ten 30 so its either sausage tea cake or cheese on toast :p

well, i woke up starving this morning. so i had a large bowl of porridge and a banana. seeing as i was still hungry about an hour or so later i had spam on taost too, but seeing as im on that revolutionary diet its okay.( 3 big shits a day:thumbsup: )

I carnt eat in the mornings for a good couple of hours im not a morning person even then the most i can manage is 2 pieces of toast and tea defo not ciggys untill dinner time for me!

Anyways, back on subject.....

I can eat breakie as soon as I wake up, no joke.... I'm one of those people who is fully alive once they've woken up (take me a while to get up tho).

I don't always make time for it at home, I must admit, but I try and get something when I'm out if I don't.

It could be yoghurt (mmmmmmmmm :love:) or scrambled/poached egg on toast or cereal or occasionally I'll make a bacon and tomato butty (not that kind)!!

I get really pissed off if I'm hungry and if I don't get food soon I turn into the she devil givin Butty the pyscho stare!! lol. :crazy: No, but seriously I don't get how people could go for ages without eating!!! :naughty: :cops:

Me too, I HAVE to eat breakfast before I leave the house or I would shrivel up and die with hunger! It is my favorite meal of the day :love: I'd rather have a huge breakfast and no dinner if I had to choose. Today I had 2 rounds of toast with strawberry jam and about 11ish I had a bacon and egg barm. Of course I was healthy and had wholemeal bread :D ;) :thumbsup:

Bacon, egg and sausage on a barm with plenty of pepper and brown sauce is my all time fave. The nicest is either from The Oggy bakery near where I work or the butty van at Lymm Dam.

Eat whatever I feel like whenever...always breakfast...usually starving on waking lol...& don't stick to typical breakfast food.

I don't eat in the mornings hardly, I just drink water and have sommat at lunchtime - can never eat too early or I'd be sick I reckon, just doesn't feel right to eat after you've woke up :crazy:
