I dont know the answer to that one but I do know that this guy was part of the production team of the Cotton Clubas well.

he was a production assistant or producer or pianoist, or technical director or...........................................(the list goes on)

Steve Burgess was a producer / writer of alot of manchester dance tracks in the day .
Steve wasnt Bowa but did produce stuff for bowa and other stuff like dilema etc etc .
VA , we had the first copies of Ultracynic at the limit in manchester , the guys used to come down there on saturday nights , they also did their first ever PA on our saturday night ...
Still got my original white stowed away somewhere .
