DanceValley 2006, 14th-16th July

No it's not an old skool event, but I know quite a few peeps on this site have been before or would be interested in going. We went last year and would say to anyone that you should go! Even managed a bizarre mini-OSA meetup there last year (yeah - 2 of us!). Well organised and very friendly - the Dutch appeared dead chuffed that loads of Brits had made the effort to come and join their party. 4 stages and 10 arenas pretty much covers all flavours of dance music. The location on the outskirts of Amsterdam means its pretty easy to get to from the UK, plus you can extend the weekend with a few extra days in the city.

Reason for the notice is that tickets go on sale 23rd March. Not sure how much these are yet, but our weekend tickets cost us £67 each last year. The Friday event is exclusive to those staying in the campsite and camping tickets are restricted to something like 15,000. Line up for this year should be announced shortly, but on the basis of last year (listed below) we're going to book asap and get some cheap flights sorted anyway.
