I'm moving in a couple of weeks and my vinyl has got to go into storage for a bit until the new house is ready, I therefore want purchase some decent boxes to stash the records. Anyone got any tips on where to purchase such things from please?

Get yourself down to Staples and get some of these

Fit loads of tunes in, the cardboard is strong, and they fold over in a way so you have a double layer for the bottom.

However, if I were you I'd get someone to move them for you, they are bloody heavy once youve filled em and need 2 people to shift, unless yer hard and dont mind breaking your back

I needed at least 3 x 25 so these work out about 1/4 of the price of those staples ones, and are a more manageble size too.

Not bad mate, cheap they are  The size of the boxes from Staples is an issue, theyre just too darn heavy when full...

When I bought em I also thought I would need handles to carry the boxes, but I ended up paying someone to shift em, which in hindsight is one of the best things I did when I moved
