if you hang on I'm re-creating it (my original tape's fubar) from mp3s and vinyl for a mate of mine's birthday - he was there and was asking me to rip the tape a couple of weeks back. Hence the search for IDs.

Just number 27 to go...

EDIT - Track 1's the "Bassman Mix" not Redzone. Couldn't work out why it wasn't mixing properly so did some digging.

Another Sleepless Night - Bassman Mix

EDIT 2 - The "get crazy" sample on 27's definitely from the With It Guys tune but I can only find 2 mixes of it and they're not right.

Ableton Remake - Side A

Folks, as promised an Ableton remake of side A;

SOAK Remake - Side A, Take 1

I'm not completely happy (levels, EQ, some crossfades and so on) yet but thought I'd chuck it at you guys for some feedback. I'll post the proper version when it's done. Hope you like - I'm finding it a bit weird to hear it in good quality, being so used to a barely audible C90. Let me know what you think.

Now if we can just find out what 27 is I'll have a run at side B. Got everything else...

EDIT 06/10 - Still got a big track 27 shaped hole in the remake...

No worries.

It's taken me over 20 years to find out what it is. Just ordered my copy.

I'll be re-producing the mix in Ableton in the next couple of weeks and will post back a link.
