not been on for a while but got laods of spare time my kids are now both in school (1 full day off a fortnight to pump out the tune :D)
any recommendations please??

I've been using just the bog standard Stantons 500 II carts on my Technics for the past 22 years but thought id upgrade to some concords

Model i've looked at are Pro / Pro S / DJ

some deets here Search - Concorde twin

The blue DJs ones are £145 a pair but the styluses are dear at £36 each

are these worth getting against standard "Ortofon Concorde Pro S" @ £120 for 2 and £22 a replacement styli

Still a tight Yorkshire man so want decent but cheap :$

I use the ortofon blue and the stylus seem to stand up to a lot of punishment plus they sound spot on when set to the correct weight and tone arm height.
