I've tried everything to put a name to this tune but failed
I think its release date was between 1991/2 - similar dark feel to it as 'Marathon - Moving' with a heavy guitar featured - even a little 'FSOL - Papau new Guinea'
But the main hook is a sample from either Grace Jones or B.A.D - chicken/egg.. I don't know. Anyway the line is a male spoken word thing which says: "Rhythm is both the songs manacle and its demonic charge - it is the original breathe - it is the whisper of unremitting demand"
