well folks as you may or may not know im opening an old skool rare vinyl shop in NEW BRIGHTON on the Wirral soon callled RETRO-TRAX

So to kick things off with the shop and the brand im having an official launch party with some proper old skool 88-93 house classics


SAT 15th August @ The 02 (formally carling) ACADEMY Liverpool (Room 2)

11.00pm - 4.00am

returning to Liverpool from ITALY are THE F.P.I Project for a 30 min LIVE PA

DJs on the night inc VERTIGO, BARRIE JAY , STE HUXLEY , (PEZZ tbc)

also pre bar @ the DUG OUT Nelson hotel ,inc DJs SUPERDAN , ALEX BENNETT , KEV COLLVILLE @ DJ PLUTO next door

I missed fpi last time n was gutted, but wheyyyyyyyyyy there in liverpool again, so am deffffffffffooooooooooo going and 3 top dj's as well

proper buzzin about this , been a long time (almost 15 months) since my last event and ive missed it , even though ive helped out a little regulally promoting other peoples old skool events off here during this time im so glad to be back doing what i love in conjunction with my new shop,

and what a great way to kick things off by having the FPI PROJECT back on
as i know loads of the regulars , mesh @ si , lee finigan , miss tickle ect missed out last year , especially lots of mums as it was mothers day the day after last years fpi event so nows a chance for everyone to catch them again


top djs too on the line up inc some different names ive not booked before , excited about that also , as i recon its great to try n do my best to mix it up + give as many djs as i can a gig , i hopefully will end up with a nice roster of 30-40 djs off the boards soon to pick from for all the future events as its all about supporting each other to put on a great party ,

glad to have DJ PLUTO warming up in the pre bar now too

tickets go on sale online next week ill post links up ect

please spread the word as this is gonna be THE summer old skool party to remember

Was gutted to miss FPI last time Made up to get another chance to see them

Also, its the first day of the footie season so will be able to spend the day in the boozer before hand..result
