Experimental Dark Disco

Hi guys,i been listening to Eighties Italian Disco Synth Pop music last past week i find it very inspiring music i love the stuff so i thought i'd make one to see what i come up with but it has turned out a little darkish let me know what you think...

I wanted this to sound early eighties also there is a little bit of live scratching by me at the end....

There loads of other sounds i need to put in this yet like:

Toms
More Percussion {Old Electronic Drum Kit Sounds}
Sound FX's
More Music etc

But i'd like to know what people think as i think this tune is strange but i like it!

Just had a listen there...Nice little groove, with an 80s disco feel....not especially dark imo..like the scratching at the ned. Ed

It was good that - was it all done on a PC like? Sounds too clean like a lot of todays productions, I'd say get some grit in there and dirty it up - it's not dark at all.

Scratching was good at the end, just a shame you put the filter effect over it.

I'd change the drums for stronger ones as those drums used sound like a standard drum set for new production which are too clean and weak sounding.
Drop the filter effect and add a load of gritty sounds to beef it up a bit

yeah i liked it monty mate , liked the scratchin 2 - goes well with the tune . Its Diffrent Bt in a good way , never herd italian disco pop b4 , Good Stuff i Wouldnt mind hearin finished version Either Bud wen uve sorted it
