Windows Audio Mixer

Help! I keep getting a shi-te message that keeps coming up on my system. Its keeps telling me that there is no audio mixer installed, although when I reboot there is one installed, or I wouldn't be listening to osa radio. After a while the audio just goes west and then after I reboot its ok. Its doing my tits in.....any advice?

cheers

westy

Sounds like to me a flaky software installation - If you have your soundcard CD rom to hand - uninstall all of the elements to do with your sound card and reinstall them again. If the problem still exists then theres either a conflict with another piece of software on your system, or even worse an intermittent hardware fault

Its all about trial and error i'm afraid!

Cheers, will make sure I have a bit of time on my hands before tackling this. Sounds like it will deprive me of my evening!
