Where did all the classics come from?

I was sat around listening to Babe ruth-the mexican, thinking how it inspired orange-lemon-the dreams of santa anna and i then started to think of the roots of other oldskool classics, and thought it would be interestin to start a thread that uncovered the roots/origins of other oldskool classics, a sort of education thread maybe lol .

Here's a few that i can think of for now

Babe ruth-dreams of santa anna

Babe ruth-the mexican

Dreams of santa anna

Coffee-Cassanova-Jazz and the brothers grimm-Cassanova

The original of this is actually by-
Lamont Dozier on his peddling musioc on the side LP, he wrote the tune, he was a third of Holland, dozier , holland the classic mtown writters. I have to add that richies version is still the best but lamont pisses on odyssey every time.
