A mate of mine used to be into his industrial bands & Depeche Mode was a meeting between my dance tastes & his Industrial tastes.

He was bang into Nitzer Ebb, Front 242, Sheep on Drugs & all that malarky - some was fantastic but alot was very cold & clinical... no melodies or warmth

New Order for me - I've got every release they made, though electronic music in general was my "entrance" into the music scene back then - I've got loads of stuff by all of these - great bands.
