Whats with that High Society tune

The tune that its fun to hate. Its a Vertigo tune (no disrespect to Vertigo as he broke that tune and some people pretended to hate it) No one else could play it so well.
If I heard that playing I would think Vertigo had taken over, but infact its someone else playing it - madness

Re: High Society,

I think it's one of those tunes that grabs you when you are off your head, there's no vocal bits other than the start samples but its a cheeky number for sure and even though the production isn't that good, it's a powerful piano track - deffo one to leave alone acca-wise

I was kidding when I said above about people having no taste, hence the smiley after it.

It's all about memories - if you relate to a tune a great memory, it'll be why a lot of people have chosen certain tunes...

I'd love to have a look at the submission spreadsheet to see a list of the tunes that didn't make the top 100, as I bet they would be the ones I'd like better

another small bone of contention

perhaps last rhythm made it to number one cause votes for various mixes (me and trace voted for vocal battle mix) we consolidated into one. Whereas the santa monica mix of q makes the list. If both mixes of q were taken into account maybe that would have made the top ten. Does that make sense?

I agree mate High Society is all about the piano loop, other than that its a pretty average tune, as peeps know Ive just sold mine coz for me I did't appreciate it enough to keep it But tunes are all about the memories. Ive got a load of old hardcore/drum and bass tunes that I would never sell just because of the memories they hold, even though the production/cheeseyness of some of em is laughable nowadays

I thought about Hip Hop, but I could do a top 25 Electro/Hip Hop list on it's own too, so I tried to concentrate on large dancefloor tunes 88-92

Love the piano on I Can't Take it

It's not one I would listen to at home much, but was a large Welly tune that used to set the Pleasuredrome off on one, hence in my list
