Discogs

bought a tune off discogs, that was claimed NM with sleeve in G+ condition. When it arrived there was nothing wrong with the sleeve so i thought that was a bit of a bonus. Vinyl was dusty but looked ok so it went in the rack and i only got it out last nite for a play. After giving it a wipe i noticed lots of tiny scratches and when i played it thru there's lot of noice and crackles. No where near NM conditon i wouldnt even grade it VG+ imo
anyway i messaged the lad who basically told me to get fucked.

Any suggestions as to what to do next?

if you paid with paypal maybe look at doing a dispute through them obviously he's misleading folk with his description/grading of records.
something happened like that to me on eBay luckily it was only 99p though, but it's annoying though mate init?

Hi - you can do a Paypal chargeback - if this ended in your favour (which it probably would) you will have to return the item via recorded delivery (at your expense) and then when you submit the RD# showing delivered they will refund your full payment

You'll still be £2 down - so it depends how much you paid
