Diversty is the key here

And thats one of the reasons In My House was set up

At our night you will not hear the same old stuff being played over and over i can guarantee you that

At our first event i played the warm up set started off at 100 bpm and finshed around 115 bpm the only place ive been to that played this kind of stuff was legends , tunes such as bassomatic - fasinating rhythm , trans global - templehead , orchestra jb - free sprit , david bowie - sound and vision , whyte - purple haze

Other selections from the night included to give heads who didnt come an idea

Stevie v - dirty cash
Jump - funkatarium
Slf - show me what youve got
Dfc team - ic love affair
Inner city - let it reign
Jomanda - never
B.G. the prince of rap - take control of the party
Stereogen - resonance
Nitro deluxe - lets get brutal
Massive attack - unfinished sympathy
Electronic - getting away with it

Then for woody to finish the night off on nenah cherry - buffalo stance was a master stroke imo

Of course your gonna get a few more well known ones during the night but its all about the right balance aint it

Why not come and see what all the fuss is about on our next event 25th august (bank holiday weekend)

Tony m8 dont think youve upset anyone on here certainly not me - i think its great that your wanting to know what people think and not wanting to go with the 'norm'! good on ya!!!

I agree that a balance of tunes is best, that way most (hopefully everybody) is pleased, tonys set was full of chunky stuff for instance, then he dropped young mc which was perfect timing imo and because it wasnt surrounded by anthems made it sound fckin ace... (not sayin young mc isnt ace btw) .. it just went very well if you get me and wasnt smothered, i know what i mean anyway lol.

Like cano said, we didnt wanna provide another samey oldskool night full of tunes you would expect to hear, like loads of people have already mentioned there are SO many tunes to choose from, why stick to the norm. End of the day i suppose its each to their own and if we all wanted the same thing it would be rather dull, just hope you all can make it to the next do in august, plus its my birthday.

Here is my tracklist from the last In My House do anyway. I even played some piano lol
  • Tyree - Turn Up The Bass
  • TomTall - Dirty Games
  • S.L.F - Show Me What Youve Got
  • Rhytmatic - Wind Me Up
  • Circa '91 - Can You Feel Me
  • Partners In Crime - Gotham City Strikes Again
  • D.F.C Team - I.C. Love Affair
  • Charles B - Lack Of Love
  • P.W.M - Get Yourself Together
  • Mc Showbiz - (cant remember what it was called lol)
  • Dany D - Dany D
  • Smaller Than Zero - Love Juice Vol 1
  • Wood Allen - Airport '92
  • Grandbeat
  • Inner City - Let it Reign
  • Temple Of Delights
Pauly - I played Megatonk - Belgium at the last OSA Do and i played digital vamp - you can take my body at Synchronicity , both top tunes.
