gotta say i love the silvie carter version

but.... plutes old bean that vocal version that steve proctor played back at yours was pretty good too need to ask him for the deets at the boat party
"here i go again its time to start my badness its funny somehow it seems ive had this same old summer maddness"

"I've seen a rich man beg, I've seen a good man sin, I've seen a tough man cry, I've seen a loser win, And a sad man grin, I heard an honest man lie, I've seen the good side of bad, And the downside of up, And everything between, I licked the silver spoon, Drank from the golden cup, And smoked the finest green"

I think about 99% of pellas over tunes sound terrible. They're hardly ever in the same key and they never fit properly as they were never meant to go together. Devious's link being a great example. lol soz!

Very occasionally though, someone comes up with one that goes perfect. Blue Jammer did one a while back, think it might have been with Belfast???

Deffo agree there, its the key that always clashes with stuff, vocals and piano are never in the correct key as they belong to other tracks which have been sung in a different key, a lot of people I think are just tone def hehe

Belfast thing I did had the vocals from Paris Brightledge - It's Alright over it, one of a couple that work well.

IMO people should put acca's over tracks that don't contain ANY piano, wouldn't sound as bad then

I would have to totally disagree as the mix I do with it is class. And not just because its mine, the chord changes & breaks match perfect.
You have to work the acapella abit in and out but it comes together.
    Check it Out

Ignore the scratching, just messin about as I aint been on me decks for a while
