yeah pretty rare...sashas mix is quality (imo one of his best early remixes) but the "click" is better, If I remember a big parks & wilson tune.....not worth 250 though, think I saw it go on ebay for about 50 quid a while back

£250 for a record? Jesus, I think anyone who would spend £100 has more money than sense, much less £250. I own plenty of records I've seen listed for that much, and I never understand why someone would part with so much cash for a piece of plastic. There's way too much fantastic music to be had for £10 to bother spending much more

its just like shares mate, prices can go up or down. Ive seen this go for loads and for fuck all too, but you obviously want to sell it so just whack it on ebay and try your luck
