Favorite non club venues

For me it's The Corn Exchange in Leeds. I went a few times (very early 90's) but will never forget my wonderment the 1st time , I thought the Dummy pilots in the bi plane were the DJ's for the 1st couple of hours, ruined my night when my mate pointed out my mistake. Those Black & Red caps were fooking strong.

Possibly some derelict school in the middle of Sheffield City Centre. The main dance floor was the dining hall with the djs in the kitchen and the decks on the serving hatch ..messy

Hi welcome to osa. I recon my fave venue has to be a forgotten field, nr the durham ox on the A6 nr loughborough, site of several legendary acid house/tek gatherings by the BWPT soundsystem . next fave would have to be longton leisure bowl nr stoke(club Kinetic), and also Twyford woods nr A47, an ex air strip, now covered in conifer trees, and at the time thousands of party people, and the k foundation bwpt, tribe of twat and many more systems,it still conceles a small vintage stash of mine, deposited just the safe side of the police road block at the entrance . ahh memories
Favourite recent venue we have done would have to be the north end of watergate bay, just past majiks rock, at a place known to us as rave cove, only accessable on the right tides, with no noise complaint problems , it has a huge carved smiley face looking out to sea to mark the spot .
