At a glance the nurse see's 3 Black men standing there with no clothes on.

The nurse takes another look and runs back to the doctor and say's
'Doctor, theres 3 Black men in there and ones got a white willy!!!!!'

The Doctor bemused takes a look at the 3 men and comes back with a smile on his face!!!!!

He turns round to the nurse and says ' You silly mare, Its 3 miners and ones been home for his dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
