decks setup for beginner

didnt know were to post this as didnt seem any section for it,
thinkin of getting myself some decks and whatever else is needed (im a complete noob) dont want to pay really high prices as im just starting out. could sombody advice me a good setup for a begginer , and what is needed please thanks..
and if sombody has a nice collection of vinyl for sale at a reasonable price ( im a zone/fever lad) then please let me know
