uploading sequins video help?

Hello i have 2 filmed nights from sequins 94 Nov/Dec which id like to upload. both are on cd, so vcd and there are two folders on the cd , folder one is named vcd with 2 .vcd files (very small) and the other folder is mpegav with a big .dat file . so do i just rar the lot and upload it? or do i need to do somthing b4 i uploaded it for viewing.

hi its all good to upload, just need to find a site that will allow me to upload files 700mb in sized any ideas?

you could edit it into sections of around 100mb each and upload them
