cdj1000mk3 drink spilled on jog wheel help

a bit of drink went down the side of the jog wheel on my cdj now its gone a bit sticky and doesnt spin freely.
has anyone else had this and if so how easy is it to open and clean?
does anyone know if there is a service manual for it online?
