need help with discogs

Been trading on there for about 2 months now and have sold around 8 records and have had good feedback or no feedback at all. then the other day I get an email of a guy whos asking where his records are because he hasnt got them, he orderd on the 16/10/07 and I sent them out sometime in the days following that. I ve got aload of receipts but there all the same just first class with no record of post. What should I do in this situation now?? because I dont want bad feedback.

cheers

It's a tough call, as there are some people who will try it on. I send Uk items recorded and get a certy of postage for overseas items which then shows the date of posting and their name and address. As a rule undelivered items will be returned to the address you put on the back of the parcel (I cannot recall a time where this hasn't happened in my experience) even from overseas. If you are really concerned about your feedback i guess your only option is to refund the guy
