Red face Cluless as usual

Ok...if I wanted to get whats on an old VHS tape put onto a disc / online / whatever, can I do this and how do I go about it?

The tape sounded like it was risking being chewed last time I tried to play it and wouldnt play properly, not sure if theres a crack in the case, and i'd rather rescue it now in case it cocks up as i'd be gutted to lose whats on there

any ideas peeps?

thanks in advance

take the back off a doner vhs casette with a small philips screwdriver, and do the same with your org copy (making sure you keep the org taught) then transfer one set of tape to the doner tape unit, making sure the tape goes corectly through the guides i.e ball mounts (love that phrase). then re afix the casings back together and, hey presto, job done...tip...........take your bleeding time cause its a ballache, but worth it
