hELP WITH MY SIGNATURE

Now then people can any of you useful guys tell me how to import a jpeg into my signature as i have noticed all yours and was wanting to get in on the act. I am fairly new to this so any help would be appreciated

Thanks guys as you can tell i have sorted it with your help is it possible to make it smaller and if so how. Its only temp untill i can find the right sig i am after a retro logo if poss but not sure where to get one from any ideas
