technical wizard required

im having a problem with my laptop,i use ntl netguard for virus protection,firewall etc,when you use programs such as msn,soulseek etc a command prompt pops up requesting a password, weve always used the same password but now all of a sudden it says its wrong,and therefore wont let me into these programs as i cant access firewall settings ,ive tried to uninstall netguard but it wants the password to uninstall leaving me fekked as i cant do anything and a few peeps on here have been kind enough to give me there msn ids etc but cant do owt about it so feel a bit of a dick really can anyone help,,,desperate, pete.

alright pete, is it a ntl password its after or is it your microsoft one?

i need like a master reset password,it tells me to go into program files and delete a freedom.dat file as thats were password is,tried it loads but wont delete,howyou goin on with that program pal did you get my pm ta pete.
