| Made A Massive Boo Boo Hello People, I have a Technics 1210 II. I do not know why I did this and no I wasn't pissed. I wanted to change the speed of my turntables and instead of adjusting the speed setting I changed the voltage from 240v to 120v and I forgot to change it back before turning it on. Well you guessed right the thing blew !!!! I have changed the fuse in the plug but this has not worked. Can anyone tell me what has gone wrong and whether it is an expensive mistake ??? Thanks Scott |

| sounds nasty mate id guess that there's plenty of internal fusing and stuff to protect the components.. so you've prob blown themtry your local technics dealer, but i dont hold much hope as they couldnt get me a replacement circuit board for mine you may have to either leave them with them or pick up a 2nd hand deck for spares and make one good one from the two good luck fella ![]()
