Monitors or LCD TV for computer

Which is better ?
I am going to be buying a new computer next week, and i aint too sure what to get in terms of a monitor or a LCD TV ? does any of you knowledgable peeps out there know or recomend any ? want 20"

is an actuall monitor clear and got more resolution than a LCD TV?

I know with the computers nowadays that you get TV and digital built in any way, but the LCD TV look lot better !! ( like the black samsung ones )

just check the lcd tv your going to buy has a pc input, or that your graphics card supports the inputs that the telly does

a lot of the tellys come with vga in so it would be just like connecting it to a normal monitor

if u play games lots mate CRT's are still better and u can pickup a massive fooker 22" ladies like ive got fairly cheap now
