Website Building

I am in the process of trying to build a website for my football team. I know wat i want in terms of content , pages etc. Am fairly good with photoshop so should be able to do all the images etc. But my main problem is using dreamweaver.

I am not sure which method to use to build this site. I was thinking of using a template as all the pages should look the same with just the content changing from page to page. Am i best using templates and if so can anyone give me some info or help.

I also thought of using a framset but how does that compare.

And if this alll gets too much can anyone provide me with some examples.
