Word up.. I won a tune on ebay 2 weeks ago (Red Snapper-Hot Flush) And still it hasnt cum?? So i went in2 ebay 2 e-mail the seller and all the details are gone .. When i tracked the seller down its showing that their no longer registered with ebay Am i up shit creek or wot???

Gutted. How did you pay for it? If you paid by Paypal then you can do a chargeback on him and get your money back, provided he hasn't emptied his account.

that seller has probably not done a bunk, looking at his feedback - I would guess that he may have gone on holiday or is away for some reason.

I remember some bloke phoning me once 2 discuss an item and i never give him my number, He must have got it from ebay i wonder if i could find his??? A tunes a tune at the end of the day.. If not i'l try that chargeback in a couple of days and keep my fingers crossed... Cheers Mixster

You can get the number from eBay by doing 'Advanced Search - Request Contact Details. You have to enter the item number and their eBay name:

eBay boot you off if you don't pay your fees, which I think might be the case here as he hasn't suddenly had loads of negs for non delivery. He also appears to be dealing in high volume sales, so it's pretty easy to miss one out. If you're not convinced, though, get a chargeback started - but try ringing him first.

Or.....May just be down to problems with his account details & E-bay have suspended his account until he puts 'em right?

like this foooker mate put a clame against him on pay-pal and they will do it all for you and they will get you your money back like they did for me its a right kick in the teeth in it .
