| A simple way would be to just record it with something like Sound Forge, if your soundcard has a 'what u hear' option, it's a doddle. There's probably a bit of software that can extract it, but sounds like too much faffing about... |

| SWF Decompiler is good for extracting anything out of flash. Its commercial software but let me know if you get stuck.... alternatively, you might want to try Swf to Mp3 Converter Regards, f.
