Quick question......

Ive just installed Nero 6 after using v.5 for years. Thing is, its made the Showtime media player the default player, How do i change it back to Windows media player?

Ive done this before but forgot how to do it

Find an mp3 or video file you want to open...

Right click it and select "Open With".

Navigate to the player you want to make as default and single click it

Then click "Always use this programme"

Click ok and jobs a gun 'un

Hmmmm.

Just seems to open the file rather than give me the option of using WMP as default?

Open media player go to tools>options>file types and check all the boxes you want to associate with the player.
