Any PC Techies on here?

I'm having a bit of trouble with my PC, its getting a bit lazy (or I've fecked it up!)

Whenever I'm on the net instead of looking for a new version of a previous page I've visited the lazy fecker flicks to an old page thats stored in my temp internet folder. It's getting on my nerves as I am posting away on message boards and I cant see any of my posts (or anybody elses new posts as well) as the computer is flicking back to a page that it stored a few days ago

ANYBODY HELP B4 IT GOES THROUGH THE WINDOW

ok open up ie click on tools at the top
click on internet options

look for temporary internet files section click on settings
and change from never to automatic
ie will now update the page when u visit automatically
