Can anyone please help me and pauly?

We have just got back from Ibiza today to incredibly shitty weather I might add and I have been trying to transfer the pics we took on paulys phone to the pc

Ive d/l all the stuff I need, but for some reason it wont work

Im too scared to mess around with it too much, cos I dont want to lose the photos (cos theres some ace ones)

Can anyone give me step by step help, or failing that, come round and do it for me lol

What are you using to transfer the pics from phone to PC?

Datacable or bluetooth?
