Lol A Paint Question!

Right ive just had the ok from my landlord to paint my bedroom (albeit a neutral shade ) and Im not sure what paint is the best to paint over bad eighties flowery wallpaper

My bedroom is quite big and has quite high ceilings, so am I better off getting a one coat jobie or what?

Is it possible to paint over wallpaper, or will the paint just slide off

It's poss to paint over wallpaper, but if it's textured, you'll have a textured effect!..

Get some of the more expensive one coat stuff, don't touch the cheapo range. Obviously, if the wallpaper is dark, you may need more than one coat over the top...

Sounds like fun!... get some of the gang to help you over the weekend!... a pre-hazy paint party!...

A hazy after paint party would be better surely?

You'd end up with some really wild and vivid colours/patterns then

Although those images might not last heh heh

I'd be tempted to cover the walls with posters and flyers, just like being back in '88
