What would you recommend for capturing a streaming picture on the computer.......ie, I have a demonstration stream, or a TV channel stream (not from a TV card, but the internet) or a movie link from a website etc that has save disabled on.

Im primarily intrested in videoing off a program called Free Internet TV, which I got last week, they are mostly news, current affairs and religious channels in all sorts of mad places and languages, lol, but if something comes on I often wish I could have recorded it.

I have somesort of built in recorder on the mainboard along with the soundstorm, but I think this is for an actual TV card device, Im not sure where Ive put the disks for it though, its not installed at the moment. Its new on the NForce2 boards I think.
