How do I and What do I need

Hiya, Id like to post some mp3 samples on the tune id forum but have no idea how, Ive got the jack lead from amp to sound card but what else do I need and how do i do it, can anyone help an internet idjut

sonic foundry??? that will be good just to cut bits out of trax?! and it will record small bits if ur playing them from tape to pc...then u render it as mp3 and get it posted and we can i d it!

the free one will let you record an mp3 up to 1 min

the max sixe yuo can post up to is about 900kbs so reduce the quality to get it to record more
