I have had a feckin virus on mi computer called win 32: trojan-gen
for weeks now and not been able to even get on the net

Can somone please help

I have put AVG antivirus program on and zone alarm which has helped
BUT thing is when i turn on my computer another homepage keeps coming up which are like an advertisment screen i keep havin to change that and then when i click on explorer timer comes on for a sec and then
So i havnt been able to get on, For some reason its let me on but can somone tell me whats wrong PLEASE

I also use "Spybot - Search and Destroy" reputable freeware that kicks ass too, as a double whammy.

I also found another on friday from the avast site. If you go to avast website there is a free trojan, worm and virus removal tool specifically for ridding an already manifested virus or trojan. Its not thier main software, but a little program thats about 800bytes or something.

Adaware, spybot and this should do the trick!

I go with skippy here, its more likely a bogus spyware component and if I was you Id pray you havent been attached to a dialer without you knowing- they are sneaky mofo's! You been looking at bigboobies.net again? hahahaha.
