Need quick answer - locking a folder

Hi, quick qezzy needed quickly.

on a windows ME operating system, how do I 'lock off' a folder easily so that somebody cant see it?
My dads lending his computer out with business details he wants keeping confidential, so I hoped I could put a password on a folder of something.

Cheers

Sirius.

Cheers cam. At least youre still answering me, lol.

Nah, it want exactly what I had in mind, but its gone now anyway. I ended up archiving a 1.98GB worth of files in a zip file that was password protected. Took fekkin hours on that old PC but at least its pretty secure now.

Thanks anyway.

Sirius.

Windows ME has no proper built in security feature..you need NT4 or above to get semblance of security and even then i always use an External Hard drive which i just remove
