netsounds

i ordered a record of netsounds for £1.99 2 weeks ago

the record was from germany and they have postage to uk on there sellers bit for £4.50 or something like that.

the record came today and they have charged me £45 for postage lol total bill is £46.99.

ive told netsounds about it,will i get my money back?

dunno m8 im avin the same problem and thay cant be arsed sortin it out!! thay just keep tellin me to contact the seller but thay aint responding..

pursue it through yer bank and claim fraud on yer credit card as you didn't authorise that amount in the transaction
i did that with barclays and got all my cash back

its been sorted now.
with them being foriegn they charged postage at 45.00 instead of 4.50 by mistake.i think it was a gieune mistake.

if i hadnt of checked my statement i wouldnt have known.
