Monitor Problem Part 2

Right peeps i have this problem with wat i thought was the monitor. It as these wavey lines across the screen from start up. They are really bad when just the comp has been booted up but get better after its been on a while.

The thing is some of ya said it was the monitor ao i rang relisys and they agreed and sent a new monitor but its still doingit with the new one.

Wat else can it be i know it could be the graphics adapter buts its on board so hope not. Its not phones or speakers that are causing it i know for deffo.

Any more suggestions please
