Is there any any easy software program out the for resizing animated gif`s the easy way.Lol the very very easy way.

Macromedia Fireworks is the best, lets you adjust the properites and assign which display set of graphics it's for, ie web, mac and the likes, so you can downsize it if it's too big, very handy for those photoshop challenges at b3ta and the likes.

only thing is there's a size limit to what you can upload.
