right...... I'm here trying to make my life easier and faswter, by using a VB script....................

I am trying to create buttons in Outlook that will automaticaly Reply to an email, fill in the "From" field, AND past in a standard signature of my choice (or preset if easier)

Nw..... is this possible?

sounds like u would want html to do this mate?

like on online forms where they got a mailto button....

eg:

mailto:froggy@frog.com?the frog is on his hols right now but he will get back to you

then it makes the link and u can probs specify sigs to it and just reply to certain people

nah mate.. i want it within outlook.

so that when I answer the customers, I get a standard reply, from a specific source, so all I need to do is change their email addy,,a nd I'm laughing

I have a whole host of sigs that I use to answer the emails... and I just want to kmake it faster

so that 1 click creates, and fills the email... and then 1 click to send

im sure ive seen this in outlook help when ive been looking for something else

think it was in the same section as instructions on how to set ur mail up so mails from @frog.com etc go in one inbox etc etc, sure the more advanced bit of it was auto reply and sig per mailbox
