TRAKTOR 2.0 help

As anyone got Traktor 2.0.. at the moment im having trouble recordin my mixes, see the thing is that its hooked up to my mixer and it only seems to be recording 1 channel (the left) but just mixing is fine. If anyone can help that would be brill, EDITED FOR BOARD SECURITY REASONS
