Performance Tools

Guys,

anyone got some good links to performance tools? I think I have a rogue process consuming CPU time but I can't track the bugger down and I'm starting to think it may be a performance issue somewhere.

I'm after some tools that test my graphics, sound, ram, disk and CPU. Anyone recommend a good one and maybe something like the Unreal Bot test?
